Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling Policies:

  • For small items: We usually use USPS mail/FedEx package for US orders. International orders will be shipped via USPS International Express mail only.

  • We do not do any overnight or express shipping, that also includes all of RMA exchanges or returns. Customer has urgent need please use your local suppliers.

  • For free shipping items: We use USPS First Class mail with tracking number.

  • We reserve the right to choose shipping method, if you prefer a certain carrier please contact us before ordering.

  • We will usually ship within 24-48 hours after payment has been received. Not included non-business days.

  • Our business day is Monday thru Friday except holidays.

  • International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We currently ONLY accepts international payment via wire transfers. International credit cards and checks are not accepted. Note: All wire transfer orders are subject to a $25 processing fee, except for those over $500, where the fee is waived.
  • No local pickup.

  • Because FedEx does not ship APO/FPO address, all APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS, even customer selected FedEx as shipping method.

  • We will not be responsible for late deliveries or lags in delivery due to USPS, FEDEX slowness and no refunds will be given in these situations. There will be no exceptions to this policy! .

Return and Exchange Policies:

  • Customers must verify part number being advertised is the correct part needed.

  • Most of our brand new products carry a three or six months warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship. To return a product, please include the invoice, receipt, your name and daytime phone number, together with a description of the reason for the return.

  • Customers must be notified of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) products within 10 days of the invoice date. The warranty will be based on original invoice date.

  • There will be 20% restocking fee on all refused shipments or returned merchandise unless its defective or under our mistake. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • When a Free Shipping product gets full refund, a $4 flat fee will be subtracted from the refund total amount.

  • No "returns for credit" after 15 days from the invoice date, it will be only "return for replacement" after 15 days, Buyer needs to pay shipping cost for replacement.

  • All merchandise return for credit, repair or exchanges must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No RMA will be processed without the order number and correct invoices.

  • Requesting an RMA number by emailing us at sales@mlcomp.com. When requesting an RMA, please provide the following information available: item number, serial number, invoice number, and the reason for returning the merchandise. RMA is only valid for 14 days, please mail the product back ASAP.  

  • The Customer is responsible for returning freight charges.

  • All merchandise returns MUST be shipped freight prepaid, products MUST be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance date in their ORIGINAL PACKAGES and include all ORIGINAL MANUALS and ACCESSORY ITEMS. Order number must be clearly marked on the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delayed RMA processing. A copy of invoice as "Proof of Purchase" is Absolutely required.

  • Return products will be tested before sending out a replacement. If the products are not found to be defective after testing, we will send them back at the customer's expense. Please make sure that the products are unusable before sending them back or give us a call for tech support. If the return products are damaged by improper use, we reserve the right not to send a replacement or not issue a refund.

  • MLComp.com will NOT be responsible for any lost package and/or accessories during shipping. Shipping charge are DEFINITELY NOT refundable.

  • No returns, or exchanges for packages with missing series number sticker or labels (Bar Code).

  • We will not processed RMA and warranty will be voided if we find: Any physical damage to the items. Any permanent marks or scuffs on the items. Any modification to the items. Modification includes, but not limit to, cutting or changing wires or connectors.

  • We can not refund to a transaction that is over 60 days, we'll use Payapl "Send money" to customer' email id. There will be no exceptions to this policy!.

  • PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: We will provide third-party insurance for damaged or lost products with Purchaser named as the loss payee. Insurance company will require customer to file the claim. Before the claim is settled, we will not issue credits or provide replacement products due to products lost or damage in transit.
